Michael Johnson - Quality Control Director
Michael Johnson manages the QC program at GTJ. He has 15 years experience in the property management field including working in the mortgage industry, managing mobile home parks, managing Section 8 housing projects and now working in the REO industry. Michael started with GTJ in 2001 and has experience in all facets of the GTJ Property Maintenance Program. Michael has inspected thousands of properties in Southern Michigan and his day to day duties include drafting scopes of repairs, drafting repair bids, completing progress and final inspections on repair projects and performing routine quality control inspections on the GTJ inventory of properties.
Michael is a Veteran of the United States Navy and traveled the world before settling in Roseville, Michigan. Michael is an avid outdoorsman and loves to spend his summers on the water and fishing as much as possible.
