Steve Gillespie - Repair Manager - Safety/Security

Steve Gillespie joined GTJ Consulting bringing over 25 years in both senior management and leadership. He has held the role of Territory Manager and currently serves as Repair Manager for Safety & Security responsible for coordinating safety/security repairs, general rehab work and emergency services in the Metro Detroit market. Mr. Gillespie has a wide ranging background at the Corporate and Divisional levels in Construction, Demolition, Abatement and Property Preservation. Steve has extensive experience in operations, administration, consulting, estimating and project management, with key strengths in leading people and project teams. His management skills include leadership, team building, scheduling and maintaining communications between team members and clients to ensure successful project completion.
